Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) winningplus account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. winningplus uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winningplus reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. winningplus is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winningplus login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winningplus will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified winningplus of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), winningplus conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. The minimum deposit on winningplus is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests from verified winningplus accounts are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. winningplus reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully KYC-verified; any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; your account must not be under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations; and the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. winningplus does not permit withdrawal of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.

⚠️ One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The winningplus welcome bonus is available to new players only, limited to one claim per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. winningplus is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.
All games available on the winningplus Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with winningplus customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. winningplus will review all relevant game logs and, where applicable, refer the dispute to the game provider for independent review. The decision of winningplus, following any such review, is final and binding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winningplus's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winningplus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winningplus is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; interruption of service due to circumstances beyond winningplus's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions; or any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits winningplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by winningplus's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
winningplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winningplus may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, with payment processors for the purpose of processing transactions, and with third-party game providers to the extent necessary to deliver gaming services. winningplus does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
winningplus reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winningplus will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.
You may close your winningplus account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
winningplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have violated any provision of these Terms; winningplus is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority; winningplus reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or winningplus decides to discontinue services in your jurisdiction.
Upon termination of your account for cause, winningplus may withhold your account balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, winningplus may forfeit your balance in whole or in part. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with winningplus through our customer support team. winningplus will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law.
